For those who have limited time but still want to see and taste the local cuisine, this tour is perfect. GO where the locals go on this tour that features lamb barbacoa, a specialty in the Hidalgo and Queretaro region, a fantastic wine tasting at an organic family winery, and beer tasting at the best-known craft beer producer in the state of Queretaro. This food, wine, and beer tour is offered from Queretaro or San Miguel de Allende.
Skip breakfast because we will start our day early feasting on lamb barbacoa tacos, a favorite dish that is only served on weekends. You can watch the ladies make tortillas and the men pull the meat from the pit. Our next stop is a third generation family-owned organic winery where you will taste 2 different wines each. Our last stop is the famous craft beer Cerveceria Hercules where you can taste a flight of their world-class beers. You can choose to go back to your hotel or stay for a meal.

When you make a reservation, a $50.00 USD per person non-refundable deposit is due to block the date. Payments are not made through the website. We will contact you by email.
Total amount is due 30 days before tour date or once reservations are confirmed.
Cancellations
50% refund if you cancel 8 days or more before your tour.
No refund if you cancel 7 days or less before your tour.
