Heart of Mexico Wine Tours was born out of our love for wine and travel. In 2017, we were comtemplating a move to Mexico. After visiting San Miguel de Allende and Queretaro, we were hooked. With 500 years of history, beautiful Baroque architecture, regional cuisine and burgeoning wine regions, there was plenty for us to do, see, eat and sip.
After visiting several wineries, one thing was painfully obvious. Each winery wanted to create an all-day experience. This may work for locals, but tourists want to experience as much as possible in the short time they have. In three years, we’ve seen wineries add wine bars and restaurants and cut tour times from 4 hours to 2 hours. But we felt we could deliver a better experience to the foreign traveler.
Tom has worked every position in the wine industry from crush to regional sales manager. Tiffany has worked as a wine rep and with a wine marketing firm focused on events and logistics. In fact, wine is how we met. Tiffany walked into Tom’s wine shop one day, and that was it! With over 38 years of combined wine industry and marketing experience, you are in good hands with us.
