Local Flavors Tour Queretaro

This tour features the best food and drinks made right here in the state in Queretaro.

This tour is designed for foodies. We leave early to travel to a little village known for its barbacoa and pulque, a pre-Hispanic alcoholic drink made from the fermented sap of the maguey plant. After you get your fill of barbacoa and pulque, we’ll stop at a winery to taste some local wine (your choice of red, white or sparkling). Next, we’ll tour a cheese cave and taste local sheep and cow cheeses from the region with your choice of beer or wine. Our last stop is Cerveceria Hercules, a well-known local craft brewery, for a flight of beers. You have the choice of going back to your hotel with us, or to stay for food and entertainment and take a short taxi ride back to your hotel (10 minutes away).
